- Do I need an account?
Yes. Just enter your email and we'll send you a simple 6-digit code. No password to remember.
- How long is each Dainty clip?
Each clip is a 15-second vertical 9:16 video, ready for sharing on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, or simply keeping for yourself.
- Can I upload a photo of my own pet?
Absolutely. Upload a favorite photo, tell Dainty what you'd like to see them do, and we'll turn your idea into a little video.
- Can I create a clip without a photo?
Yes. Just describe the furry character and moment you're imagining and let Dainty create it for you.
- Do my purchased clips expire?
No. Any clips you buy stay in your account until you use them.
- Do I need a subscription?
No. Dainty has no subscription. Buy 1, 5 or 10 clips whenever you want them.
- What happens if my video fails to generate?
We'll automatically try again where possible. If Dainty can't successfully create your video after our retry process, the clip will be returned to your account.
- What if I don't like the video Dainty creates?
AI can sometimes surprise you, and every generation is unique. A successfully generated video still uses a clip, even if it isn't quite what you imagined.
Try giving Dainty a clear, simple description of what you'd like to see for the best results.
- Can I download my videos?
Yes. Your creations can be downloaded so you can keep them or share them wherever you like.
- What is My Clips?
My Clips is your little collection of Dainty creations. You can come back to your saved clips, replay them and download your favorites.
For anything particularly special, we recommend downloading your own copy too.
- Can I share my Dainty clips on social media?
Of course. Dainty clips are made to be shared. Post them to TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, or send them directly to friends and family.
- What kind of videos can I make?
Dainty is all about furry animals. Cute moments, silly moments, imaginary adventures and the little things that make us love animals so much.
